Anne M. Delaney, Ph.D., F-AAA, is an experienced audiologist and the owner of Delaney Hearing Center, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with hearing and tinnitus concerns.

A. Taylor Bryant, Au.D., F-AAA, AIB-VRC, is a dedicated Doctor of Audiology at Delaney Hearing Center, known for his compassionate approach, deep cultural understanding, and commitment to patient-centered hearing healthcare.
Kara R. Sensenig, M.Ed., F-AAA
Clinical Audiologist
Kara Sensenig, M.Ed. joined Delaney Hearing Center in 2025, bringing with her over 35 years of professional experience. Kara began her audiology career in Richmond, Virginia, where she practiced in both an otolaryngology (ENT) clinic and a private audiology practice, specializing in comprehensive hearing evaluations and hearing aid fitting and management.

Fredericksburg Office Manager
Misty Offer has been our Fredericksburg Office Manager since the Spring of 2024. Known for her caring approach, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile, she helps create a welcoming environment that our patients and staff appreciate every day! Misty joined our team with over eight years of experience in patient care across multiple medical specialties and fields. As office manager she takes pride in ensuring the office’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude are vital for keeping our office organized and focused on delivering excellent results. In her free time, she loves to read, visit trials, watch women’s basketball, and spend time with her daughter!
Sharra Anderson
Charlottesville Office Manager
A native of Ruckersville, VA, Sharra brings nearly three decades of administrative and financial expertise to Delaney Hearing Center. Her extensive background includes almost 20 years in banking and eight years in medical billing with UVA Health. Since joining the Delaney team over a year ago, she has discovered a true passion for patient care, loving every opportunity to connect with and support those who walk through the doors. Her favorite part of the job is taking care of and getting to know our wonderful patients. Outside the office, she treasures family time above all else. She and her husband have three adult children and one beloved granddaughter, who is the light of her world. In her free time, you can usually find her curled up with a good book.
